These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ABD Electronics website and any purchase or enquiry made through it or via our WhatsApp channel. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

ABD Electronics supplies mobile device, tablet, smartwatch and laptop replacement parts and repair tools, primarily to customers in South Africa. Contact: WhatsApp +27 75 379 4574.

2. Catalogue and pricing

• Product listings are for information and stock indication. Images may be illustrative or placeholders until photography is updated.
• Prices are provided on enquiry (WhatsApp or other agreed channel). Online prices, if shown later, may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
• Compatibility depends on exact model and revision. You are responsible for confirming the correct part for your device before purchase.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is accepted only when we confirm it (typically via WhatsApp) and payment terms are agreed.
• We may decline or cancel orders due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud.
• Payment methods will be communicated at confirmation (e.g. EFT, card, or collection arrangements).

4. Shipping and collection

• Dispatch times depend on stock and order confirmation time. “Same-day dispatch” applies only when stated and when the order is confirmed before the cut-off (typically 14:00 weekdays).
• Risk in goods passes according to the delivery method agreed; please inspect parcels on receipt and report damage promptly.

5. Returns and warranty

• Faulty or incorrect parts must be reported within a reasonable time (ideally within 7 days of receipt) with order details and photos.
• Warranty on parts (if any) will be stated at sale. Installation errors, liquid damage, or use on the wrong model are not covered.
• Opened or installed parts may only be accepted for return if defective and as agreed in writing.

6. Trade / wholesale

Wholesale or trade pricing may be offered to registered repair businesses at our discretion. Trade terms may include volume, payment and allocation conditions separate from retail.

7. Website use

• Do not misuse the site (scraping beyond normal browsing, attacking infrastructure, or impersonating staff).
• Staff areas (admin/dashboard) are for authorised users only.
• Content and branding remain our property; you may not copy the catalogue for resale as a competing dataset without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of parts or the website. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing that, courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
