• Order and enquiry content (products of interest, quantities, messages you send via WhatsApp or forms).
• Technical data such as browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address (if analytics are enabled).
• Site preferences stored locally on your device (e.g. dark mode, cart contents, cookie consent choice).

2. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes via WhatsApp or email.
• To process and fulfil orders and arrange delivery or collection.
• To improve our website, catalogue and customer experience.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax or consumer protection records).

4. WhatsApp and third parties

When you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to Meta/WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Couriers and payment providers (if used) process only what is needed to deliver or take payment.

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for business, warranty support and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where practical.

Subject to POPIA and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information under our control. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Children

Our site is aimed at adults and trade customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
